Cancellation Policy

Wymark Rink Rental Policy Thank you for choosing the Wymark Rink! To ensure a great experience for all users, please review and follow the rental policy below. 1. Booking & Payment - Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions shortly after. - Payment is required by the due date on your invoice to keep your booking secure. - To ensure proper preparation of the facility, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all bookings. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate same-day reservations. 2. Ice Maintenance - All renters must scrape the ice after their booking to help maintain good ice quality for the next group. - If the ice is not scraped after use, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your invoice. 3. General Use - Please arrive and leave within your scheduled time slot to respect other bookings. - Be respectful of the facility and equipment. Any damage will be the responsibility of the renter. - All users are expected to follow rink safety rules and ensure proper supervision of children. 4. Cancellations - Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund or credit. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be subject to a full rental charge.
